Breakfast Chef

We are currently looking for a Full Time Breakfast Chef to join our team.

Working closely with our Kitchen Leaders, you will assist in the daily operations across Gazebo Restaurant, Harvest Restaurant, Barracks Bar, In-Room Dining and Conference & Events.

Please note: This role includes early morning shifts starting from 5:30am.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets
• Preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast service
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience or currently studying cookery
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Good time management
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures
• High standard of personal presentation
• Commitment to delivering quality guest experiences
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings (5:30 am starts), evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak periods
• You must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
