Beverages Up&Go - UHT Operator

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and values-driven individual to join our Beverages Up&Go team as a UHT Operator.   We are searching for an enthusiastic, energetic individual with a passion for self-development and an ‘In It Together’ approach. This will suit someone who enjoys physical work, and takes pride in developing deep expertise in processes.   As a UHT Operator, you will be responsible for the mixing and heat treating of batches. You’ll play a key role in creating high-quality products that change lives every day. Reporting to the Senior Team Leader on shift, this role is currently required on our Day Shift, which operates from 7am-3pm Monday - Thursday, and 6am - 12pm Friday.   Key responsibilities include: Coordinate activities with the RMA and Filling areas for efficient and continuous operations. Mix batches as per the production plan. Monitor the UHT process and check for any leaks or issues. Send the treated batches to the correct filler. Record data as required and undertake product testing. Clean and maintain hygiene in the UHT area. Take part in continuous improvement activities.   The successful applicant will also have the following skills and experience:   Forklift License. Ability to undertake manual handling of up to 25kg. Ability to follow instructions and procedures. Ability to cope with pressures and setbacks in a constructive manner. Ability to analyse information and make decisions accordingly. Strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety.
