JOB SUMMARY

As a Beverage & Food Host, you will be the first point of connection for our guests and the spark that sets the scene for their dining experience. You’ll ensure smooth guest flow, create welcoming moments, and deliver service with confidence, warmth, and signature W flair.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and engaging guests with a vibrant, polished and welcoming presence
• Managing reservations, waitlists and table allocations to optimise service flow
• Escorting guests to their tables and ensuring seamless seating transitions
• Maintaining strong knowledge of venue offerings and answering guest questions confidently
• Coordinating with the Beverage & Food and Talent teams to support operational efficiency
• Delivering Whatever/Whenever service by anticipating guest needs and elevating each interaction
