Purpose
Flaminia is seeking talented Bartenders to join our opening team and help establish Flaminia as one of Sydney’s most exciting new dining experiences. As a Bartender in our team, you’ll craft exceptional drinks that reflect our Italian coastal inspiration, while adding personality and finesse behind the bar.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a curated selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and flair
Deliver genuine, engaging service, ensuring guests at the bar and in the dining room enjoy a seamless experience
Maintain deep knowledge of the beverage list, including Italian wines, aperitivi, and classic cocktails
Collaborate with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure consistent, smooth service flow
Manage bar mise en place, stock rotation, and cleanliness to uphold the highest hygiene and presentation standards
Contribute to the creation of seasonal specials and signature cocktails that celebrate our coastal Italian theme
Handle guest feedback courteously and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally
Your Experience
Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-quality restaurant, cocktail bar, or premium venue
Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine
A genuine passion for hospitality, service, and creating memorable guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests confidently
RSA certification required
Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service periods
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
