Baristas (Part-Time & Casual) - ACMI Melbourne

Join The Fresh Collective at ACMI, where we are seeking an experienced Casual Barista and Part-Time Barista to join our ACMI Café + Bar team.

We are looking for experienced, energetic, and guest-focused baristas to join our team in one of Melbourne’s most iconic cultural venues. If you thrive in fast-paced service, take pride in consistently excellent coffee, and enjoy premium hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

• Permanent part-time and casual opportunities available
• Monday to Sunday availability required
• 3 to 4 shifts per week, with a minimum 3 hours per shift
• Produce high-volume coffee to a consistently high standard
• Support café and bar operations
• Assist with stock control, weekly stocktakes, and maintaining service readiness
• Shifts may include 8:30am–4:45pm or 12:00pm–3:00pm, then 5:30pm–7:30pm, depending on cinema sessions and operational requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 1 year barista experience in a busy café, restaurant, or premium hospitality environment
• Confident producing consistently high-quality coffee under pressure
• Strong workflow, organisation, and attention to detail
• Warm, professional, and guest-focused approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid VIC RSA required
