The Tasman is a unique combination of Modern Contemporary, Art Deco and Heritage architecture. The deco lounge is the beating heart of the hotel, it's a transitional space: from day to night, indoor to outdoor, with a diversified food and beverage offer.

The Opportunity 

We are now inviting applications from friendly and social Food & Beverage Barista to work in our relaxed and timeless outlets. In this diverse role, you will be responsible for providing our guests with impeccable customer service, sharing your passion for coffee, always looking for the perfect shot of espresso and gin-to-tonic ratio, balancing it with the speed and efficiency required in a luxury hotel. 

About You

• Experience working in a similar barista/bar position, with great latte art skills
• Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills 
• Immaculate personal presentation standards and excellent attention to detail
• Passion and knowledge about food & beverage products
• Excellent communication skills 
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Full working rights in Australia
• Willing to be flexible is essential as shifts will include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
