At Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, our mission has always been to reinvent fast-food. We're looking for an experienced barista to work consistent morning shifts during the week at GYG Bateau Bay (our new Drive Thru on the Central Coast)! Shifts will most likely be Mon-Fri 6am - 2pm. For the right candidate this job can also lead to a full time contract! 

You will be working in a fast paced environment where your barista skills can shine. You will be preparing and serving hot and cold beverages whilst maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

In addition you will be supporting on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, packing orders, re-stocking the fridges, basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You’ll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy, GYG business.

Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:

• Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
• You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
• ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon to follow through
