The Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Bar Supervisor to join our team on our Main Gaming Floor. This position will cover all our bars across the Casino floor which includes Groove, Mesh, Fusion, Eastend and Sports Bars .

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our vibrant bar located inside the casino, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of staff and inventory.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Demonstrating leadership and support to team members
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as responsible service of alcohol guidelines
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies and promotional activities
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and monitor stock rotation to minimise waste

About you
You’ll bring the following:

• Previous leadership experience in a high-volume bar environment
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, overnights and weekends
• Co-ordination of day-to-day operations
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking 

Additional Information

Key Requirements:

• Hold or willing to obtain a current Approved Managers License
• Full availability and able to work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, evening and night shifts
• Have minimum 1- 2 year previous leadership experience in a busy bar environment
