Bar Manager

Purpose:  We are seeking an experienced and creative Bar Manager to lead the bar program and opening team. This is a unique opportunity to design and deliver a world-class bar experience from the ground up — shaping cocktail menus, training the team, and establishing service standards that reflect Flaminia’s elevated yet welcoming personality.   Location: Sydney, NSW 2000  Contract Type: Permanent Full Time  Salary: $80,000 plus superannuation  Key Responsibilities & Required Experience   Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a premium or luxury venue   Relevant Diploma in Hospitality Management / Hospitality, or 3 years of relevant experience.  Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, inspire, and mentor a team   Expertise in mixology, wine, and beverage trends — with a flair for Italian-inspired cocktails   A guest-focused approach and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences   Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for innovation
