To deliver premium, high‑energy bar service at El Vista, one of Sydney’s most dynamic venues, working alongside award‑winning leaders from Maybe Group and Table Four Group within the Accor network. This role exists to uphold fast‑paced, high‑volume service standards while taking pride in your craft and contributing to a performance‑driven team culture.
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver fast, precise and consistent cocktails during high‑pressure, high‑volume service periods.
Maintain exceptional bar standards including cleanliness, organisation, prep and stock management.
Work confidently across multiple sections including bar, service and floor support, depending on service needs.
Anticipate service flow, adapt quickly and support teammates to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Engage guests with professionalism and energy while maintaining pace and situational awareness.
Contribute to a high‑energy, premium guest experience aligned with El Vista’s service standards.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast‑paced cocktail bar environment.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and high‑volume beverage execution.
Excellent speed, efficiency and awareness behind the bar.
Confident communicator with strong teamwork and a performance‑focused mindset.
Proactive, hard‑working attitude.
Reliable, consistent and able to move with purpose in high‑pressure environments.
