Key Responsibilities
Step into the action and help create memories that last lifetimes! You’ll:
• Be the friendly face – greet guests, manage queues, and provide clear, helpful information.
• Keep it smooth – process EFTPOS transactions at ticket booths.
• Upsell and add value – promote multi-park tickets to enhance the guest experience.
• Know your products – maintain superior product knowledge of ticket types and entry conditions.

What We’re Looking For
We’re after people who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a guest-first mindset! You’ll bring:
• Previous guest or customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills and fast, accurate typing.
• Ability to work any day, including weekends and school holidays.
• Flexibility for evening functions such as Spooky Nights, White Christmas, and other special events.
