We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to support our team in Paget Mackay. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting multiple teams, and takes pride in delivering accurate and efficient administrative support.
About the Role
As the Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and customers while providing administrative support across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently and that internal and external communication is handled professionally.
Key Responsibilities Administration – General
- Provide professional customer and client interactions as the first point of contact at reception.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, redirecting requests to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
- Provide general administrative support to the business as directed by your Manager.
- Assist with weekly payroll data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Identify and report payroll data discrepancies to relevant supervisors and management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, functions, and travel arrangements.
- Provide additional administrative support across the business as required.
Continuous Improvement
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in the company’s continuous improvement culture.
- Identify opportunities where processes and systems can be improved.
- Support implementation of improvements once agreed with management.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role, or Certificate III in Business Administration.
- Experience working with management systems and administrative processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple projects.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Compliance-focused and customer-oriented approach.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
