Your next career opportunity  
You will coordinate end-to-end academic programs and timetabling for Melbourne Dental School’s flagship clinical and professional courses. You will work autonomously within a supportive team, advising staff and students and driving continuous process improvements. You will gain exposure to diverse stakeholders at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne and across the University.  


What you will deliver:  

  • Coordinate academic program administration across the full student lifecycle, from orientation through to completions. 
  • Plan, build and maintain complex timetables and placement schedules, aligning School and student needs with University systems and policies. 
  • Provide timely, accurate advice on academic, timetabling and compliance matters to staff, students and external partners. 
  • Review and enhance administrative processes, documenting standardised procedures and embedding continuous improvement across the portfolio. 

You may be a great fit if you:  

  • Hold an undergraduate degree and bring relevant experience coordinating complex administrative or academic program functions. 
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills, managing competing deadlines and unexpected issues with composure. 
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and produce clear, accurate procedural documentation and high-quality written materials. 
  • Communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders, providing informed advice and delivering responsive, service-focused support. 
  • Have high level digital literacy, with experience using programs such asMS Office, TimeEdit, StudentOne and LMS platforms. 
  • Work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team, showing initiative to drive continuous improvements.
