Crown's newest venue is an exciting, premium wine bar celebrating the rich heritage and exceptional vintages of Western Australia.
We are looking for a Full time Wine Bar Supervisor to lead the operation of Crown Perth's new Wine Bar - Gladstones, opening in December 2025. This role is responsible for delivering the operational plans, motivating and developing the team and fostering a culture of exceptional guest service through collaborative and engaging leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of day-to-day operations
- Exceptional customer service and a passion for making spectacular experiences
- Mentors and coaches team to improve operational and service capabilities
- Assists in delivering initiatives to maximise outlet performance
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- WSET level 2 knowledge
- Strong understanding of wine and hospitality service
- Demonstrated leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and engage teams
- Availability to work across Wednesday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends
