Take Charge of Quality Service: Team Leader – Catering & Utility Services
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our health services team. In this role, you will oversee the efficient production and distribution of food services, coordinate cleaning, linen, and laundry activities, and guide staff to deliver high-quality outcomes across the unit. The role may also include performing duties as a ‘Cook’ when required.
Reporting to the relevant Supervisor or Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational processes, supporting staff development, and maintaining compliance with service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance administrative responsibilities with practical involvement in catering and utility services.
If you enjoy leading teams, ensuring high standards of service, and contributing to the smooth operation of a busy health environment, we’d love to hear from you.
