Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a team player ready to grow with us - someone adaptable, forward-thinking, and eager to grow with us as we continue to welcome both our corporate and leisure guests.

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offering exceptional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
• Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system

Qualifications

• Guest focused personality is essential
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred 
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Full valid Australian working rights
