Matto Napoletano is seeking a highly skilled Head Pizzaiolo with proven
expertise in traditional Neapolitan pizza production. The successful
candidate will manage all aspects of dough preparation, oven control,
quality consistency, and kitchen workflow.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and ferment Neapolitan dough
• Cook pizzas in a traditional wood-fired oven
• Maintain high quality and consistency
• Train and guide kitchen staff
• Manage ingredients and kitchen operations
Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years experience in authentic Neapolitan pizza-making
• Experience with wood-fired ovens
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage kitchen pressures and lead a small team
