An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Pastry Chef at Strathfield Golf Club & The Fresh Collective.
Reporting to the Group Executive Chef and Head Chef, you will work with a successful, professional and highly regarded hospitality group, the hospitality leader in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne iconic arts venues, including the Art Gallery NSW, Australian Museum, Queensland Museum, Sydney Theatre Company, Melbourne Theatre Company and Museums Victoria.

About the role:
· Create all facets of desserts, for our restaurant and function guests
· Take control of the patisserie section, from basic preparation of patisserie items to high-end specific dishes
Essential requirements:
· Patisserie qualifications, Cert IV is highly regarded
· Prior experience from busy restaurant (fine dining) and/or 5 star hotels
· Minimum 2 years trade experience
· Hold valid working rights in Australia with the ability to work full time hours
