Job Description

‘Tis the season to serve up smiles! We’re decking the halls (and the buffet) in one of Australia’s busiest airport lounges, and we need extra hands to make this Christmas sparkle. If you love food, teamwork, and spreading cheer, this is your chance to sleigh it in the kitchen!

Your Role on Santa’s Team

• Help prepare and plate festive dishes for buffet and à la carte service.
• Keep our kitchen shining brighter than Rudolph’s nose.
• Assist chefs with stock rotation and replenishment.
• Deliver meals quickly during peak holiday rush.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a gift (but not essential).
• Ability to work under pressure and keep spirits bright.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
• A positive attitude and a dash of Christmas cheer.

Qualifications

• Valid RSA and food handling certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass airport security clearance.
• Completed or in-progress certificate in Kitchen Management, commercial Cookery, or hospitality.
