The role 

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences. In the role of Hotel Duty Manager at Crown Towers, you will be leading and guiding the Front Office team and ensuring a smooth and successful service experience for all guests.  

As a Hotel Duty Manager, you’ll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and meaningful connections. Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care. As well as: 

  • Work together with all internal Hotel departments, managing the day-to-day Rooms Division Operations while upholding Crown brand standards. 
  • Motivate and lead a team of dedicated employees and adhere to OH&S standards to maintain a safe working environment. 
  • Anticipate the needs of guests, provide exceptional service and promptly handle any complaints or escalated issues.  

About you 

You’ll bring the following: 

  • Extensive experience in front office operations in a leadership position. 
  • Experience in developing, coaching and motivating a team. 
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. 
  • Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA). 

To be successful you MUST have: 

  • Full unrestricted Australian working rights.  
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (or be able to obtain one). 

This role requires flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotational roster including weekends and public holidays.
