Guest Services Assistants
This position is responsible for our site's administration needs, such as:
- Processing bookings and allocating accommodation
- Performing check in/out
- Preparing reports
- Conducting general admin and retail duties

About You:
- Relevant work experience in accommodation/administration
- Experience using accommodation software packages (preferably RMS)
- Excellent computer and administrative skills
- Team player with remarkable communication
- Customer service enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure
