The Hume Hotel is seeking an energetic and meticulous Guest Service Attendant / Housekeeper to join our team, concentrating primarily on Housekeeping to ensure our accommodation is consistently immaculate.

We are looking for an individual with outstanding attention to detail and a strong commitment to high standards of presentation. This role requires flexibility, with rotational shifts from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM across Monday to Sunday. A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
