Gaming Machine Service Technician - Brisbane

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to maintain Odyssey hospitality gaming venues in Southeast Queensland. If you have technical qualifications, or previous experience as a supervising attendant in a gaming room, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

What will you be doing?

Working with our dedicated Brisbane based team, and assisting other regions from time to time (Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and regional Qld), you be on the road each day traveling to our venues and will:  

• Troubleshoot electronic gaming machine issues and peripherals.
• Handle remedial call outs.
• Install gaming machines and systems.
• Deliver preventive maintenance to our customers.

Who are we looking for?  

• Ideally you will have technical qualifications and/or gaming machine experience.
• You will hold, or have the ability to obtain, a OLGR Gaming Repairers License.
• You will hold, or have the ability to obtain, a QLD Restricted Electrical Work License.
• You will have an intermediate level of IT skills.
• You will hold a current Australian driving license and,
• Above all else are known for your exceptional and professional customer service skills.
