Gaming Manager | Springwood Hotel

We’re looking for a standout Gaming Manager to lead our floor as we prepare for the re-opening of our newly refitted venue. With up to 45 gaming machines, this is your chance to run a high-energy, high-performing operation from day one.

You’ll be the one setting the tone, motivating your team, and ensuring every guest experience hits the mark. Compliance? Check. Performance? Check. Guest engagement? Double check.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

  • Leading and developing a motivated, hands-on gaming team
  • Overseeing operations across 45 machines once the venue opens
  • Driving guest experiences that keep players coming back
  • Ensuring compliance, AML, and operational excellence
  • Being visible on the floor, leading by example every shift
  • Supporting venue leaders to deliver a seamless, high-performing venue

About you:

  • Experienced gaming leader in high-volume venues
  • Confident running teams and operations with presence and authority
  • Calm under pressure, hands-on, and solution-focused
  • Knowledgeable in gaming compliance and regulations
  • Strong communicator, motivator, and mentor
  • Hold current RSA, RSG, and relevant gaming qualifications. Bonus if you have your RMLV and Approved Managers Licence

Inherent requirements:

  • This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
