Hamilton Hotel is one of Brisbane’s busiest, most iconic venues, and our gaming room is no exception. We’re searching for a Gaming Manager who brings sharp operational skills, a warm guest-first approach, and the confidence to lead a high-performing team through fast-paced shifts.

If you thrive under pressure, know your way around a top-tier gaming floor, and love creating exceptional guest experiences, this role is for you.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

About you:

• You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a current RSA and RSG as per state requirements
