Royal Beenleigh is on the lookout for an experienced Gaming Attendant who knows their way around an EGM, delivers top-notch customer service, and brings great energy to every shift. If you’re ready to bring your A-game to a busy, vibrant venue where patrons and staff feel like family and are motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations! We want to hear from you!

A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

Qualifications

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
