The Opportunity
As our Client Host you will be the Client Service Ambassador of the boutique. Embodying the service values of the house, you will extend exceptional hospitality whilst ensuring our services compliment the Client experience.
Reporting to the Maison Host, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Customer Service
Sales Support
Private Client Area Management
Internal Liaison
About You
Previous customer service experience is preferred with a high standard of presentation, interpersonal skills and grooming. You will be a team player and embody the values of the Hermès House. You will possess strong communication skills. You will be able to quickly adapt to an ever-evolving, rapid moving retail environment whilst maintaining professionalism and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service to our clientele. You will be passionate about our creations whilst also sensitive to the craft and identity of our Maison.
