FRONT HOUSE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Front of House team member to join our busy Neapolitan pizzeria located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. If you are passionate about hospitality, love creating memorable guest experiences, and enjoy working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting and attending to guests
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Running dishes and beverages to tables
• Managing tables and engaging with customers
• Processing payments using our POS system
• Managing bookings and waitlists through Obee Reservations
• Assisting with stock on hand checks and inventory management
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and management team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ Front of House experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional presentation
• Current Food Handling Certificate
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Second language: Italian (preferred)

• Pay: $77,500 per year
