Joining the Monarto Safari Resort team, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.

About the Role
We are seeking truly passionate Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at our premium resort in Monarto. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Food & Beverage operations and supporting the team in shaping lasting memories for our guests. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Supporting management of daily Food & Beverage Operations
  • Responding to and managing escalated customer complaints, requiring timely attention
  • Always providing superior customer service to guests

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service;
  • Have hotel experience in a similar role
  • Experience in fine dining, al la carte and function service
  • Have an energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work – your smile will say it all;
  • A guest-centric approach at work;
  • Ability to lead by example, motivating the team to go above and beyond for guests.
  • Have availability to work flexible shift patterns across a 7 day roster, including weekends and evenings;
  • Hold a RSA certificate
