Food & Beverage Supervisor | Northern Grounds Sunshine Coast | Full-Time - Paid for every hour!

Northern Grounds is more than a pub! It’s a flagship Sunshine Coast destination, serving smoky feeds, waterfront beers, and laid-back Queensland vibes. Now we’re on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead the floor and keep the good times flowing.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading shifts and keeping service running smoothly
• Supporting and guiding the FOH team with energy and positivity
• Delivering top-notch customer service (and making it fun!)
• Handling the nitty-gritty: cashing up, opening/closing procedures, and keeping standards sharp
• Being the go-to person for both guests and team when things get busy

Qualifications

About you:

• Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A cool head and can-do attitude when it’s buzzing
• Passion for great service, great food, and creating memorable moments
• Reliable, organised, and ready to lead by example
