The Role

We’re seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our award-winning In-Room Dining team at Crown Towers Melbourne. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our high-volume room service offering.

Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence—Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care, you’ll lead by example, support and coach the front-of-house team and ensure every guest receives a premium dining experience in the comfort of their room. \

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their leadership journey within a luxury hotel environment.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of In-Room Dining, ensuring service excellence
  • Guide, coach and empower a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain outlet readiness, grooming standards and compliance with Crown policies
  • Uphold Crown’s service standards and values across all guest interactions
  • Assist with rostering, labour forecasting and overall team performance

About You

  • Previous leadership experience in a large scale, luxury hotel environment
  • A genuine passion for hospitality & delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Business acumen, time management and attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy skills including strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levels

Additional Information

To be successful, you’ll:

  • Hold a current Victorian RSA certificate
  • Availability to commit to a 7-day rotating roster including overnights, weekends and peak periods
