The Role

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Oncore by Clare Smyth, you’ll lead a team of attendants across shifts, ensuring efficient and premium table service for every guest. Your previous fine dining experience will be key in coaching and mentoring your team to deliver the elevated service standards expected at Oncore and Crown — all while proudly representing Clare Smyth’s globally celebrated culinary vision.

You’ll also apply your problem-solving skills to proactively address challenges, support post-service reporting, and collaborate with the kitchen and other restaurant leaders to deliver on the operational plan.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the restaurant’s operational plan
• Collaborating with stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes
• Supervising and leading bartenders across meal services
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of food, beverage and restaurant presentation
• Delivering exceptional guest service aligned with Oncore and Crown’s premium offering
• Encouraging open communication with a focus on continuous improvement
• Thriving in a fast-paced fine dining environment with attention to detail

You’ll be supported by a dedicated leadership team and work alongside some of the industry’s finest talent.

Oncore by Clare Smyth welcomes guests Wednesday to Sunday based onsite at Crown Sydney, Barangaroo.

About You

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fine dining, Michelin-starred, or hatted venue
• Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
• Keen interest and genuine enthusiasm for serving people
• A valid NSW RSA Competency Card
