Nobu Crown Perth is a world-renowned Japanese fine dining restaurant, celebrated for its fusion of Japanese and South American flavours and exceptional service. We’re looking for hospitality enthusiasts who are dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.

We currently have part-time 4 positions available for individuals who want to be part of a premium dining experience. In these roles, you’ll:

  • Craft and serve premium beverages with precision and flair
  • Deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced, luxury setting
  • Share your knowledge of cocktails, wines, and menu pairings to elevate the guest experience
  • Maintain high standards while managing multiple tasks efficiently

Additional Information

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience as a bar attendant (fine dining or high-end hospitality preferred)
  • Previous experience in hospitality (fine dining preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments
