We are looking for enthusiastic and service-focused Food & Beverage Expert to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Sheraton Melbourne Hotel. You’ll work across our restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

• Provide friendly, professional service to all guests.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas throughout your shift.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of tables, glassware, and equipment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive environment.

• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks (lifting up to 25kg, standing for extended periods).
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is an advantage, but not essential.
