About the role
 

Ventia, in collaboration with the Australian Defence Force, are seeking multiple enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver high-quality service and maintaining strict food safety standards.  

We have multiple opportunities in the Albury Wodonga Military Area, your role will include cleaning and sanitising equipment, furniture, and premises, washing crockery and glassware, and reporting maintenance needs. In this role, you’ll support the implementation of Ventia’s Food Safety Program, assist with food preparation and ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and dining areas – while ensuring a friendly and professional experience for all customers.  

About You 

• 1+ years' experience in hospitality & catering 
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification. (RSA) (Advantageous) 
• Prior experience delivering food and beverage services in hotels, restaurants, and high-volume dining establishments. (Advantageous) 
• Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations. 
• Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous) 
• Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police check.
