Job Description

• Set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring freshness and presentation.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tailoring to guest preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent service and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and coffee station.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth breakfast operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food and beverage experience in a Restaurant, Bar or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a vibrant nature and ability to provide exceptional customer service to our guests 
• Passion for delivering warm and welcoming customer service & memorable guest experience
• Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee equipment
• Immaculate presentation and grooming
• Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards
• Flexibility to work a variety of different shift, weekends & early mornings
• Valid NSW RSA Competency card is required 
• You must meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
