About the role:
We’re looking for passionate, energetic and service-minded part-time Food & Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic team across restaurant, bar, room service and banquet/conferencing operations. If you’re someone who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences, has an eye for detail, and loves being part of a team that delivers hospitality from the heart — we’d love to hear from you.
As part of our F&B team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service throughout the guest journey — from welcoming guests and taking orders, to ensuring every dish and drink is served with care and attention to detail. With opportunities to work across a variety of outlets and events, every day will bring something different.
Key responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Support the daily operations across our restaurant, bar, room service and banquet spaces.
Maximise sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic work environment in line with food safety standards.
Set up, reset and assist with functions and events as required.
Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and liquor licensing laws.
Ensure a strong awareness of and compliance with food health and safety laws, regulations and hygiene practices at all times.
Provide friendly, professional and efficient service, ensuring every guest leaves with a great impression.
About you
Previous hospitality or customer service experience in a similar environment.
A strong passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking skills.
A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
Valid working rights in Australia.
