Position Summary: 

• Lead the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations 
• Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team
• Assist with the bar related tasks if required
• Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times
• Fuel guest’s curiosity and inspire briiliancethroughout the complete food and beverage experience 
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence through each customer experience 
• Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks, ensuring your team feels empowered to make an impact 
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

About You: 

• An up-to-date RSA 
• Relevant experience in a similar role
