Position Summary:
- Lead the restaurant service period, tending to the guest's and exceeding their expectations
- Be an approachable and confident team leader by providing comfort and support to our team
- Assist with the bar related tasks if required
- Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Understand our Dizzy Bird Guest requirements whilst creating a fun & lively experience
- Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings
About You:
- An up-to-date RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
