The Harvey Road Tavern is Gladstone’s go-to local, a modern, family-friendly venue with something for everyone. From great pub meals and icy cold drinks to live entertainment and a bustling gaming lounge, we’re all about good times and genuine hospitality.

We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Attendant who loves people, brings great energy, and can deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:

• Create memorable moments by engaging with guests
• Deliver safe, responsible, and compliant service (RSA & RSG)
• Handle cash and machine payouts with accuracy and care
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming team culture

Qualifications

About you:

• A people-person who loves great customer service
• Confident, friendly and professional under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with cash handling skills
• Flexible availability across days, nights & weekends
• Current RSA & RSG certificates (essential)
