The Role

The all-new Urban Food District is a vibrant dining precinct featuring global flavours, three new bars, a beer garden, and a hidden speakeasy.

We’re seeking energetic and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants and Bartenders to help bring this exciting new precinct to life.

We currently have Part-Time and Casual positions available, with the intake scheduled for Wednesday, 21 January 2026.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Providing friendly, welcoming service to every guest
• Managing time effectively and multitasking to ensure guest satisfaction
• Demonstrating strong menu knowledge and attention to detail

About You

You’ll bring the following:

• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences
• Flexible to work a 24/7 rotating roster (mornings, nights, weekends & public holidays)
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-focused attitude
• Previous hospitality or bar experience is a plus (bar experience is required for Bartender roles)

Additional Information

To be successful, you’ll:

• Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate

This role requires you to: 

• Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
• Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks
