Looking for your next gig in hospitality? We’re on the hunt for experienced hospitality pros who can bring good energy, great service, and a genuine love for the industry. Whether you’re pouring beers, serving up smiles on the floor, or creating a great experience in our gaming room, we’ve got the shifts, the team, and the vibe. To be successful you must be available late nights and weekends!

The Pioneer Tavern is a well-loved local in the heart of South Western Sydney. We’re known for our friendly faces, cold drinks, great food, and solid service. We’ve built a loyal crowd and a strong team, now we’re growing and want you on board.

A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Attendant:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility; which is centred around safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance

Qualifications

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends ( some 4am finishes) 
• You must hold a current RSA & RSG certificate 
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
