The iconic Morrison Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team! We’re after someone with great people skills, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You must be 18+, hold a current RSA and have good availability across nights and weekends and the holiday season ahead!. If you love working in a lively pub setting and enjoy creating memorable experiences for every guest, we’d love to have you on board!
A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
About you:
You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You must have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
