Food & Beverage / Gaming  Attendants | Dublin Docks Tavern | Hospitality Allrounder!

The Dublin Docks Tavern is on the lookout for an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage / Gaming Attendant (Allrounder) to join our lively team! We’re a busy, community-focused venue known for great food, cold drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. We need someone with solid hospitality experience, a great attitude and a knack for customer service. You’ll be working across the bar, bistro and gaming areas, so versatility is key!

Must hold a current RSA (RCG is a bonus), have good availability and be comfortable working nights, weekends, and public holidays, with some late finishes up to 4am in the mix too! In return, you’ll join a fun, supportive crew that values teamwork, professionalism and a good laugh along the way. A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.

• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.

• Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.

• From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.

• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

About you:

• You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.

• You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.

• You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.

• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
