Job Description

Looking for energetic and bold individuals who thrives on using your warm personality to create amazing moments for our guests as part of our Food and Beverage Team:

What will you be doing:

• Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
• Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
• Effectively take orders and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques at all times.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a venue or hotel preferred.
• Due to the high-volume nature of the role you will be adept at working under pressure.
• Current RSA certification required.
• Skilled communicator and has a keen eye for detail.

Most importantly cares about delivering service and is passionate about being part of Hospitality industry.
