We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Cleaning Supervisor to be responsible for daily cleaning whilst providing cleaning support and leadership based at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre based in Melbourne CBD location.

This is a permanent Full Time role - Monday to Friday - 3pm - 10:30pm. This is where you will lead a team of 15 - 20 cleaners to ensure that the cleanliness of the healthcare site is maintained to a high standard along with ongoing development of our services.   

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will use your cleaning experience to deliver:

• Daily cleaning within non production environment
• Visual inspections and audits of the facility
• Planning and co-ordinating effective cleaning activities with the team
• Scheduling rosters to ensure continuity of service
• Training team members including conducting safety meetings and coaching as required
• Positive and helpful interactions with our client

🎯 What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning
• Ability and experience to use cleaning machinery and train others
• Proven leadership in a team environment
• Self-motivated and reliable, able to work unsupervised
• The capability and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve a high standard of cleanliness for the facility
• Attention to detail at all times
• A flexible approach to work and be adaptable in a daily changing environment
• Excellent personal presentation and punctuality
• COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required. (As a service provider, ISS must comply with all public health directives)
• Able to pass a National Police Check
