Cleaning / Orderly / Patient Service Assistants

We are seeking Cleaners, Orderlies and PSA staff who are keen to contribute to the community by working in a fast paced hospital environment with opportunities to work in various areas and shifts, both mornings, afternoons and potentially evenings at the Angliss Hospital in Upper Ferntree Gully, Victoria

 The Position:

• Ensuring guidelines and operational processes are followed at all times
• Supporting patients and respecting confidentiality and privacy at all times
• Adhering to all policies and procedures
• Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
• Respect and support all work colleagues at all times
• Compassionate and considerate towards patients at all times whilst following policies and procedures
• Strong work ethic and mindset to support and perform in a busy environment
• Flexible availability is desirable for morning or afternoon shifts.

Minimum Criteria:

• Certificate III in Health Services is desirable
• Must hold a valid Working with Children Card
• Must have a valid Police Check
• Previous experience in a hospital or aged care setting is preferred
• Ability to work within a rotating roster
• Must have a genuine interest in working with and caring for people
