Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Cavill Hotel is a busy and vibrant venue, serving up fresh pub classics, crowd favourites, and seasonal specials. With peak trade across weekends and events, we’re after chefs who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being part of a team.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen
• Reliability and flexibility to work across days, nights, weekends, and peak periods
• A strong team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
