Location and Home - Tantula Rise is a 120 bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

Position Purpose and Accountabilities
To plan and provide high quality, nutritious meals to residents and guests. Meals are provided in a timely manner and method that are compliant with legislative requirements and in line with the Lifestyle approach.    Undertake all duties in accordance with the food safety and hygiene legislation, regulations and 
standards, including those specifically relating to the service of food to vulnerable persons and other relevant Bolton Clarke quality and customer service standards

• A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery minimum (or proven equivalent experience)
• Current Food Safety Certificate.
• Min12-months experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Genuine commitment to working safely
• Collaborative approach to teamwork
• Basic computer skills and a passion for making a difference.
• Aged care experience is desirable.
