The Role

• Shake up the innovative Italian inspired cocktails on our list, and of course know all the classics.
• Have your own input into our weekly cocktail specials
• Recommend and serve wines from our extensive list of Australian and Italian wines, including special wines from Matt’s cellar
• Make a variety of espresso coffees – latte art a big plus
• 18 hours per week must be available on Friday and Saturday night

About You

• 6 month's+ experience in a busy high end cocktail bar
• Barista experience is ideal
• A passion for making innovative cocktails
• Good knowledge of local and Italian wines – additional training available
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
• A passion for the hospitality industry
• Valid RSA (competency card)
• Valid Australian Working Rights
